The last couple of weeks have been filled with ‘holiday drinks’. Lots of wine, bread and cheese. Add the ‘holiday’ ice creams and unhealthy diners (after the holidays it’s back to normal…REALLY) and you understand it’s time for a one day water fast.
No food, no vegetables, no fruit. Absolutely nothing. Just water.
I succeed until 2pm. When I am so hungry and dizzy, I HAVE to eat an apple. After which I’m fine. Lots of trips to the loo because of the huge amount of water. Nothing I can’t handle.
Tonight a get together at the schoolyard. Hopefully they serve water as well…
